I have a little bit more I want to do in this room before I call it D O N E. But, I couldn't wait to show the pictures. ;-) My bedding is missing two blue shams, but you sorta get the idea with the sheets on the pillows. For those of you that get to see this room in person, you're lucky. These pictures don't do it justice!

Before & After
And thus we see what Lisa has been up to for the past 2 weeks. I feel so grown up! I love the changes to our master bedroom. I try to spend every last second of free time I have soaking up the pretty of this room. :-)

My new summertime bedding. It has to be thin so I don't melt in the summer heat!

And once more just because I love it

2.5 Kids and a Trampoline
We got a trampoline this past week as a family present. Originally, it was going to be a birthday present for James, but he tends to be a tad territorial with his things, and we feared he wouldn't let others play. So, it's a gift to all of us from Mom and Dad. And so far all of us are enjoying it!

Trampolines have come a long way since my day. If you are wondering about this freaky looking, space-aged tramp, you can learn more about it here.

The Dread Pirate James
Today our friends Samantha & Jack introduced us to a new, awesome park! The playscape looked like a set of castles. They were all very detailed and had hidden surprises. One had bell inside that the kids could play, another had a t-rex picture, another had a tunnel slide. They were all very different and extremely unique. It kept the kids happy for quite some time.

Naturally, James had to pretend he was a pirate. Him and Jack spent the majority of their time saving Princess Samantha from the pretend dragons.

Isabel couldn't tear herself away from the swings. She has this new thing where she wants to go "super high" and "fast mommy!" It's hilarious because just about a week ago she was deathly afraid of going high/fast on the swings!

Wyatt chilled in the stroller for a bit before wanting to be out with the crowd. He soaked up the sights and learned how to run around for future reference.

It was a tad cold, but the kids didn't seem to mind. It was a great start to the day!

Opening Day
Baseball Season is finally here! James just hates the off-season. Here's a few pictures from opening day last Friday. Everyone had a great time! Even Wyatt - he's well on his way to being a baseball fan just like his brother! Isabel did better than she did last year, but we're thinkin' Baseball isn't quite her thing. She'd much rather be trying on shoes!

Izmelda Marcos
Izzy loves to dress up. But her true passion in life is shoes. She LOVES shoes. Her shoes, my shoes, Dad's shoes, James shoes, friends shoes, it doesn't matter. She has to try them ALL on.
Recently she has taken to going through the hall closet and picking out whatever she wants and tromping around the house in them. JL snapped this picture of her the other day:

One of her church shoes with one of James shoes
A few days later, she decided to re-dress herself. She took off the pants I had put her in and came up with this ensemble:

Jammie Pants, Jammie Shirt (as a skirt), Striped Shirt, James shoes, Butterfly sticker on forehead
Beautiful!

Parks
We love visiting the park. Especially lately. This spring weather is just wonderful! We get out of the house, the kids get to run around/explore and Mom gets to visit with friends in the meantime.

Today we went to Playhouse Park. We'd never been there before. It was really cool! James loved playing in the "castle" and digging in the sand. Isabel enjoyed the swings and racing her friends down the slide. Wyatt spent the time snoozing in his stroller, but I included some pictures of him from right before we left.

Oh, and these are currently growing in my flower beds:
