The Great Hunt
The boy somehow talked his father into a tarantula hunt last Monday. So, we decided for FHE (I know, huh!) we'd gather our flashlights, binoculars, hunting caps and head for the hills. Little did I know that we would be successful!
Everyone was SO excited! James just kept saying THIS IS AWESOME DAD!

What a great mom -- to share your tupperware with the Kids' pet tarantula. And what a fun, educational experience for the kids.
Tarantulas!!! Now that is one I wouldn't touch:-) Glad they were successful.
BTW- You officially creeped me out now thinking that these huge spiders are just walking around at night in my backyard.
umm... all I have to say to this is, You are a much much better woman than I will ever be! Way to go hunters!
That's really cool! Where did you find it?! I've never seen one around our yard, but I know they're around.
