Fall Camping
In a word: brrrrrrr! I was woefully ill prepared when it came to amount of blankets needed to keep myself warm. The kids? Nah, they were fine. Me and JL? Ice cubes! But what a great time we all had. We cooked up some hamburgers for dinner, did a little night fishing, made some Smores, listened to Dad's stories in the tent, had some fabulous baked oatmeal for breakfast, did a little morning fishing, took a walk around camp and still made it home in time to see kick-off of the horns game.

THat looks soo fun! that is too bad that it was cold! maybe sleeping bags next time?
Looks like great fun and your pictures are great.
Camping with the family is the best! We went camping over the weekend too, but we weren't cold, that's for sure. Tropical camping in October, we didn't even get inside the sleeping bags. Nice pics. Your son's hair is long! Makes him look so much older.
