Thanksgiving 2009

We had a great Thanksgiving this year. Originally, we were going to have a tender TN Thanksgiving with Aunt Myrt and family, but alas, I'm too pregnant to travel. And, since Aunt Myrt is too pregnant to come to us, we decided to stick around town and enjoy some downtime with the family.

We started the day with the Macy's Thanksgiving parade. Followed by immediate eggnog drinking, digging out the Christmas decorating, and the putting up the tree. The dogs enjoyed sleeping during all the excitement!







Thankfully, our TX family (The Alvarez bunch) were kind enough to invite us over to share in their Thanksgiving feast. I was grateful for the break from having to cook all morning!




The kids had a blast playing with their friends and JL and I enjoyed spending time with our friends.





I think baby #3 has a deep love for pie. I was getting some serious kicks and excitement right after the 2 pieces I enjoyed! ;-)
