Just the Stats

Wyatt had his 2 mo check up this morning. He's growing, literally, like a weed. The nurse had to take his length measurement twice. She couldn't believe the first # was correct! He went from the 55% on height to the 98% in about 4 weeks! She was stunned!

Weight: 12.2 - 50%
Length: 24.50 - 98%

He's a chunk to be that tall and in the 50% for weight! But because he's so long, he still looks like a runt! But he's our cute runt, and we love him!


2 nights ago he slept from 9pm to 5am. Yup, that's right - 8 straight hrs! I was soooo pleased. Course, it hasn't happened since. But I'm happy for the glimpse into the hopefully not too distant future. Usually he goes about 4 to 5 hrs before he wakes up for the first time. Then he gets a diaper change and a good feeding which lasts him another 2 to 3 hrs. After that, it's all I can do to keep him asleep. He gets super fidgety and anxious for the morning to come. I see another morning baby in JL and Izzy Bean's future. As for me and James - see ya at noon!
