Christmas Prep

We started our Christmas prep right after Thanksgiving.  Yeah - not such a good idea.  The kids get so so excited for the holiday that 30 days is just way too long to wait!  Next year - we're going to start mid-December!  That way they (or I) won't have to endure the suspense and excitement!

At the tree shop

One extra stocking this year!  Woo!

Our real, beautiful tree!

Codeman just chillin' with Manny.  He loves to just watch and soak it all in.

We took the kids to the square for their holiday celebrations.  Here they are watching the Nativity story.

They had all the downtown buildings and trees lit up so pretty!

The kids thought it was cool to be standing inside the light tree. :)

We also saw Santa Clause!  We went the first weekend of the month to avoid the crowds - it worked!

We also had family pictures that day.  I'm glad I had this done early in the month ... little did I know that just a week later we would ALL have the flu!  Boo!

Code on picture day!

That weekend the boys also put up our house lights.  Again - another activity we lucked out on by doing it early.

James LOVES to help Dad with men stuff.

These three stick-chewers just were glad to be observing.

Big Wy helping with his wheelbarrow
E helping by being cute.

Tah-Dah!

Your decorated home looks beautiful and it looks like everyonen has tons of fun with all the preparations. Love the picture of the Kids in the lighted tree and helping with all the preparations.
