This past Thursday we all attended a church Softball game. I foolishly thought I was there to watch the kids and keep the baby happy. Little did I know, I'd be playing. But more on that later...

So, I don't want to brag, but the only game the ward won was the one I played in. My first time ever to play - and it was fun! I got a hit & scored a run. Infact, my hit is what lead off the winning inning. JL had to trick me into it though. They didn't have enough women to play, so they came around looking. My excuse was I didn't have the proper shoes. Enter JL who chimed in with "yes you do! I brought your sneakers - they are in the van!" Nice.

Our playoff game is tonight. It remains to be seen if I will play or not. But at least this time I'll bring my own shoes. The rest is up to Wyatt.
