Holiday Weekend
For the holiday, we returned to our favorite camping spot. Course, this time there were 10 thousand other people there too. But we were able to find a nice spot and have a fabulous time. There aren't too many pictures because we all spent most of the time in the lake. It was about 900 degrees out. We brought Pancho again and he too spent most of the time in the lake. Even Wyatt enjoyed the water and swimming.

JL basking in his dutch stack

I don't know who these two are. I think they were a couple drowned rats that came around begging for food.

The most beautiful Cornbread we'd ever seen

Gnawing on some grilled corn the neighbor brought over

A new dutch receipe: Southwest Chicken. It was delish!

The food looks awesome
Looks like another FUN and YUMMY Camping Trip. Cutest "drowned rats" I've ever seen!
Matt made his first ever attempt at ducth oven taters last monday for family night. It was awesome! they were cooked perfectly, not mushy or firm! He is excited to do some cooking with JL and learn some tricks!
