Yesterday we made a few snowflakes. The kids were looking for a few decorations they could hang up in their room, and I thought it'd be fun to have them make something, so we cut up some flakes to hang from their ceiling. It's become a huge success! They liked it so much, we just made a bunch more a few minutes ago. Their rooms look like winter wonderlands. James figured out when he turns his ceiling fan on, he can create a blizzard! All his flakes twirl and dance around the room. Makes me want to hang a few in my room from the ceiling! :)
this is a great idea! though I dont trust Ben with scissors. I think I will let you teach him that next time you see him, your kids seem to be pros! and I happen to think that you may have created the only kind of snow storm I like, one made of paper operated by a ceiling fan!;)
